By purchasing from us you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as by our returns policy.

It is only upon our acceptance of your order that a contract exists between the seller and the purchaser.  This indicated by the production of an invoice to the purchaser.

If an ordered item is no longer available, or in the case of a price change after an order has been placed, we will first contact the customer to notify them of the issue, before deciding how to proceed.


Should you wish to return your purchase, for whatever reason, you must notify us of your intention within 7 days of receiving the product.  You will be entitled to a full refund for the product (excluding shipping costs).  In the event of the product being purchased with 'free delivery', our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to Nitecore Ireland, incurring the cost of the return shipping.

Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received by  us and our Returns Department have checked it has not been used.

A copy of the original invoice and the issued Returns ID code assigned to you must be included in the package sent back to Nitecore Ireland.

The item should be unused and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalised items unless they are faulty..

Please note that all refunds will be made via the same method used to place the order(i.e. Credit Card, Paypal, Cheque).

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If the item you have received from us is damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund

Please notify Nitecore Ireland of any faults and defects in the item as soon as you become aware of them, stating the Order / Invoice number.

All items sent to us must be sent with the original invoice and include the issued Returns ID code assigned to you by Nitecore Ireland.

We will dispatch a replacement (or process the refund), as soon as our Returns Department have received the product and confirmed the defect.


On the rare occasion that goods develop a manufacturing fault during use and within the manufacturers warranty period (typically 12 months), please return the item to us and we will arrange repair. If it cannot be repaired we will replace it.
